A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team. This person will be working with a SAAS product and will having a breakdown of 10% client facing responsibilities and 90% hands-on technical/coding responsibilities to act as a mix of a BA, Project Manager, and Software Engineer to take in technical requirements, and documentation from clients, find gaps, make adjustments, work closely with the operations team to figure out what code needs to be written, then write that out for those systems. On the technical side, this resource will be dealing with data integrity, so they'll be handling data integrations, mapping, loading data into the system, combing through the data to make sure it meets the needs of the portal in the software, and modifying procedures to curate the data. A lot of their environment is very custom, so this person will also be tasked with building and creating new SQL scripts as well as putting new tooling in place on the front end, and on some of these files to make sure the data is being shaped accordingly for the client. This team's long-term goal is to introduce new tooling and automation to innovate, and streamline, more processes to expand the speed of the implementation processes so they can take on more volume. They will also have the opportunity to get hands on with a lot of new tools as they move into AWS and build data processing at scale.

- 1-3+ years of Software Engineer/Full Stack Engineer experience.
- C#, .Net, MVC framework.
- JavaScript Frameworks (Angular or React).
- SQL server, stored procedures, building new SQL scripts.
- Ability to self service their own tools/write tooling for themselves and others.
- Data experience- handling data movement, data mapping, working with data integrations, loading data into systems, and/or moving data in-between systems.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Ability to perform in a client-facing role/interface with clients.
- Local to Nashville, TN (onsite 4 days a week).
