- Provide phone support to customers and resolve their issues
- Enter data into a system accurately and efficiently
- Escalate calls to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
- Log tickets for each call and follow up on the status
- Be available to take calls and emails using Zendesk and respond promptly
- Zendesk Phone Support experience (must be recent experience and proficient)
- 3+ years Data Entry experience or Call Center Experience (multitasking - taking information over the phone and entering into a system)
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Highschool diploma + 3 year's relevant work experience
- Experience with reviewing documents/eligibility information/claims experience
- Excel experience
- Active listening skills and great communication
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting - self sufficient
