Job Description

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Executives for client acquisition and project opportunities.
Support project managers in delivering interior design services, ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage all phases of Architectural and Interior Design projects, adhering to company standards.
Research and select appropriate materials and innovative solutions for projects.
Oversee project planning, administration, and adherence to budgets.
Develop and implement best practices, training, and employee growth initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between staff, facilitating career growth and compliance with company policies and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
10+ years of design experince within the A/E industry
AIA, NCARB, or NCIDQ license required
Experince with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, and BlueBeam
Strong communication skills an the ability to create relationships with a variety of clients
Assess and maintain the financial performance of the project and oversee interior design budgets on projects to achieve labor hour budgets and strong financial performance
Strong visual and special skills with the ability to convey necessary information through multimedia
