Insight Global is seeking a fully remote IAM Analyst contractor. This person will be dealing with about 25+ tickets and instant resolutions within the entire corporation. This IAM analyst will work out each of the queues across the enterprise like requesting access, assigning tasks, provisioning requests, RITMS, standard incidents, basic troubleshooting.
2+ years' experience as a IAM Analyst or technical Security experience
2+ years' experience with filling tasks within ServiceNow and instant resolutions -- example: requesting access, assigning tasks, error messages, and basic troubleshooting
Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory
ServiceNow ticketing system
