A global leader in logistics real estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their Customer Experience Team to provide best in class service to their customers in 12 million square feet of industrial buildings in the Nashville market. This individual will have excellent customer service/communication skills and will be responsible for general property maintenance, including but not limited to coordinating repairs, performing property inspections, and recommending solutions to customers, vendors, and RECX Manager. This position does require a good driving record, ability to travel to multiple properties and adherence to company policies with vehicle usage.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
3+ years in a skilled maintenance work.
Experience in maintenance work in Commercial Real Estate
Knowledge and experience in more than one of the following: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, and heating/cooling (HVAC) systems.
This is a field position that requires walking and driving properties, twisting, bending, lifting up to 20 lbs. and climbing fixed ladders to access roofs and extension ladders during the course of completing work assignments.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, management, contractors, and vendors.
