A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for 2 Senior Fund Administrators to join their team. This resource will be joining a team of 62 resources to help oversee 300 funds across the department, but will deal with 10-15 funds individually that are specific to U.S funds, equity funds, fixed income funds, etc.
Some additional responsibilities include:
o Overseeing and analyzing NAV calculation performed by delegated service provider for accuracy
o Assisting in audit coordination, audit query resolution and provide feedback on financial statements
o Supporting jurisdictional tax and other regulatory reporting requirements
o Ensuring deliverable deadlines are monitored and achieved
4-5+ years of fund administration/ fund accounting experience
Strong experience working with U.S. mutual funds (understanding of how mutual funds work, working with distributions/knowing distribution requirements, understanding regulatory processing, etc.)
Experience calculating NAV (Net Asset Value)
experience handling income accruals, expense budgeting, expense payments, fund audits, etc.
Local to Nashville, TN or open to relocating (3 days hybrid onsite)
