A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a billing specialist to join their team working a short-term contract through January. This role is fully remote, but candidates must be able to work on Central or Eastern time zones. As a Billing Specialist, you will analyze the renewable contracts that are due for billing and ensure that they are billed correctly. You will use Salesforce to access the billing dashboard, which shows you the renewable opportunities that need to be billed. You will verify that the billing amounts match the contract terms and apply the COLA increase as needed. After confirming the billing amounts, you will transfer the billing information to NetSuite, where the revenue is recorded, and email the invoice to the customer from NetSuite. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient professional who enjoys working independently and has strong attention to detail!
- Salesforce or NetSuite experience
