Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Sr. Product Manager for one of their clients in Grand Rapids, MI to work fully remote. This person will be responsible for leading the DevOps and Business Analyst teams to gather requirements and data for internal ServiceNow projects and implementations. This person must be able to communicate and work cross-functionally with multiple departments, and leaders of each department. They will need to provide subject matter expertise to establish priorities in ServiceNow product backlog, general platform oversite for the CMDB, ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM, and designs, specs, implementation, and program management for all projects in ServiceNow. This is a fully remote opportunity, and the candidate must be able to work a standard 8am-5pm schedule Monday-Friday in central or eastern standard time.
- 7+ Years experience leading ServiceNow implementations
- Experience leading, managing, and building teams for successful ServiceNow implementation/configuration projects
- Familiarity with Agile development model
- Experience coordinating and consulting with internal stakeholders for requirement and data gathering
- SME with ServiceNow and able to jump in and fix technical and non-technical issues during project implementations
