A client in the Nashville, TN are is looking for a datastage developer to join their team. Data Warehouse developer should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing data warehouses and data marts for large healthcare institution. Experienced with Oracle databases, Reading and creating dimensional data models (Snowflake Schemas). Work with business and technology teams to analyse requirements, estimate, plan, and design solutions. Will also support the Enterprise Data Warehouse batch cycle and any required changes to the schedule. Interact with users to identify their requirements and deliver results appropriately. Debug and troubleshoot production issues. Will assist the team by helping them in the data analysis requests, internal controls, performance tuning. Strong experience in C and Pro *C. Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking capabilities. Ability to perform well in high pressure, strong verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to understand and document business processes.
- 1+ years of relational database (SQL, PL/SQL) experience in complex enterprise environment.
- 1+ years of data warehouse experience.
- 1+ years in data-oriented software development environment.
- 1+ years of experience in shell scripting.
- 1+ years of experience in any ETL designing tool.
- 1+ years in developing solution using C, Pro *C.
- 1+ years of experience in Unix OS
- IBM DataStage experience.
- Business Objects.
