A Fortune 500 client in the Nashville, TN area is seeking a qualified ServiceNow Business Solutions Analyst to join a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is able to assist developers and help translate backlog development to ServiceNow. The ServiceNow project is in full force for the year. As the Business Solutions Analyst, this person will be actively gathering requirements, documenting these requirements, creating user stories, writing test cases as well as leading User Acceptance Testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have superb client facing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to connect and communicate in a diverse environment ranging from peers C level Executives. This BSA will need to have experience leading UAT initiatives and working with offshore resources.
Experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog, Self-service portal, Service catalog Item Designer
Financial management * Huge plus
Basic knowledge of scripting technologies and methodologies
Previous experience as a ServiceNow focused BSA ** Huge plus
Workflow design and planning tools (e.g. Visio, ServiceNow workflow designer, Excel)
ITIL certification
