Job Description

Day-to-Day - Projects

This position is heavy travel. Traveling to multiple store locations per week, including overnight stays when visiting far away locations when it makes sense. This position will also be heavily involved with project deliveries working hand in hand with other team members, and teams to meet deadlines. Hours varies during project deadlines to meet company requirements.



Day-to-Day -- Daily Store Visits\Maintenance Mode

This position is heavy travel. Traveling to multiple store locations per week, including overnight stays when visiting far away locations when it makes sense. While doing store visits, you will be assigned tickets that might help guide you for a portion of your day, outside of those guidelines you will be responsible for cleanliness of our equipment and stations including cable management, labeling of equipment as well as being proactive and replacing damaged\bad equipment. We work hand in hand with store personnel including management team, sales team, and office staff. Assisting them with any issue they may be reporting at the time. This position during maintenance mode will be a 9 to 6 Monday thru Friday.





All contactors will be training for a few weeks depending on how quick they pick things up. They will be training onsite in the Warehouse, and surrounding stores. (can stay overnight for training if that makes sense- will be able to expense hotel)

Once they start the role after training- they will be at their home base and traveling 1-4 hour radius to different stores for support depending on need/projects. Must be comfortable traveling. Will be reimbursed for mileage and any overnight stays required. Will be paid during travel time as well. OT possible.

Required Skills & Experience

Entry level, 1-3 years' experience

Experienced with Active Directory

Hardware and Software support

Office Suite Knowledge

Customer service focused personality, ability to follow instructions, positive attitude

Onsite, hands on desktop support

Basic networking experience

Windows 10 environment
