· The position is contract for 12 months with an opportunity to be extended
· This position is onsite only for onboarding and then fully remote but must be in the greater Nashville area
· Will help determine individual and family eligibility for care.
· Will communicate critical information to clients.
· Contributes to case preparation through administration and research.
· Collect facts and information, and compile case data to provide recommendations to an attorney.
· Duties will include legal research, analysis of legal papers, and drafting legal documents.
· Assists in coordinating and communicating schedules.
- Any type of legal background (legal assistant, legal internship, paralegal etc)
- Experience reviewing documents/cases/claims
