Job Description
One of our top clients is looking for a Remote Application Support Specialist. This person will be responsible for design and development of modern web-based applications, including program design, coding, testing, debugging, and requirements documentation at a mastery level under Deloitte Architect guidance. Responsible for designing, coding, unit testing, building, deploying, and supporting application software that can work in a dynamic environment for multiple business areas and projects. Ensures application design, development schedule, and implementation meet or exceed documented application scope/timeline, while adhering to established standards.
Required Skills & Experience
-3 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing custom applications with ServiceNow platform
-Experience with ServiceNow platform version New York or later is required
-Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, Java Script, jQuery Experience with Glide Scripting, Notifications, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, Scheduled Data Imports from SQL and JDBC sources
-Experience with two or more of ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITBM, GRC, ITOM
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience developing catalogs for Service Portal
-Experience with offline reporting solutions for ServiceNow such as Snow mirror or Perspectium
