Job Description
A Nashville based employer is hiring for a Remote CMS Content Developer. Responsibilities include:
Strong experience in ExpressionEngine, must be able to build, customize, upgrade, and distinguish between EE code, templates, and user-facing content.
Configuration (e.g. EE platform, environment, add-ons, field & member groups, etc.).
Development (e.g. EE templates, front end HTML/CSS/JavaScript, etc.).
Quality Control (e.g. front end and admin usability, performance, security, etc.).
Participate in all phases of Application Lifecycle Management: requirements analysis, development, testing, and implementation. Participate in technical logic and design discussions.
Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements.
Integrate internal and external product design into a cohesive user experience.
Work with UX/UI to improve and refine product visual design and consistency.
Work with other development, architecture, and product development team members to ensure delivery of product.
Work with 3rd party vendor on technical design/specifications, development, testing and deployment to ensure the product meets the requirements.
Assist in the timely completion of assigned development projects.
Prepare required documentation, including project plans, software program, and user documentation.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years CMS experience with ExpressionEngine
1-2 years Source Control Management Software
1-2 years MySQL experience
1+ year PHP experience
Proficiency in JQuery, HTML5, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript
Strong SQL skills
Agile methodology
Experience working with DevOps teams for deployment
Able to perform testing
