This is a fully remote position, and will be working Monday -- Friday, 8-5pm PST. Therefore need to be located in PST or MST time zones. They need to have working wifi since this will be a remote position.
They will be responsible for reviewing applications in a timely manner and entering data into a system. They need to have experience with Zendesk software and will be using it daily.
This requires great attention to detail, experience working in a fast paced environment, and reliability.
This is a long term contract with potential of renewal after a year!
* Must work Pacific Standard Time Zone (needs to live in PST or MST)
* Experience using Zendesk software
* 3+ years Data Entry experience or Call Center Experience (multitasking - taking information over the phone and entering into a system)
* Bachelor's degree preferred or Highschool diploma + 3 year's relevant work experience
* Experience with reviewing documents/ applications/ eligibility information/claims
* Excel experience
* Active listening skills and great communication
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Reliable
