A Customer in Nashville is looking for a security dispatcher to join their team. This role will involve talking with customers everyday about 40 to 60 calls daily. This will involve scheduling, making service tickets, working alongside installation technicians and customer care. This customer is a large security company, and the calls will be involving emergency situations. Customer service and customer care is a critical part of this role.
