- Responding to faculty and taking the intakes for those requests
- Forms that they will complete that describes the SOW and deliverables.
- Experienced with service contracts that are written for the SOW and deliverables.
- Working with OLS (office of legal services) coordinating and managing those contracts to execution
- Assess risk and legal language.
- 3-5 years of experience working with contracts and intaking service contracts
- Experience structuring SOWs and deliverables
- Working experience with legal language (strucure of service contracts)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's Degree
