This position is responsible for 2nd level technical support for all store hardware and software systems. This includes problem management to minimize down time and increase store productivity as well as supporting new technology projects. This role will also develop solutions and procedures for the help desk to assist with first call resolution. This requires a strong understanding of hardware design and interfaces including POS components and networking technologies.
- 1-3+ years of experience in a technical support role
o FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT
- Retail experience at a corporate level
- Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of experience
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries
- Basic network troubleshoot skills
- Linux system administration experience and Windows 10 -- BIG MUST
