A client in the Nashville area is looking for a VOIP engineer to help with the plan to fully move off CISCO and into hosted VOIP solutions that accommodates stress and enterprise. This individual will be leading the charge of managing the systems post migration into the new environment. It will include break-fix, ticketing, and fulfilling the migration plan.
- 3-5+ configuration, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications.
- TDM, VOIP protocols, SIP
- CISCO and Microsoft Teams voice experience
- UCCX call center requirements - hands on work and design.
- Fax over IP, gateways, approaches in modernizing and sustaining faxing solutions
- Retail experience
- ACD experience
