A Nashville based healthcare supply chain company is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join their team. It is important for this developer to have serval years of experience developing in salesforce, but ideally have supplemental development experience to assist with custom features and application. This role will be roughly 90% developing in salesforce and 10% full stack development, however, more full stack development experience is a plus! This resources goal will be to use their salesforce knowledge to identify areas where the organization can simplify their salesforce usage. For the first few months of this role, this person will be heavily involved in stakeholder meeting and interacting with business users to help evaluate and determine a plan, in regards to salesforce. The role will be about 60% meetings, and 40 % development for the first few months. Once a plan is set, this developer will spend about 80-90% of their time developing and 10-20% of their time in meetings. This company's goal is to hire developers who understanding of the business impact of their work instead of technology silo focus.
