Job Description

* Ensure that all deployed cloud solutions follow Deloitte Cyber Security requirements and compliance controls by leveraging existing templates, documentation and other reusable sources provided by Deloitte management

* Configure infrastructure through code (ARM for Azure, Cloud Formation for AWS)

* Configure build and release pipelines for cloud and/or on-premise solutions

* Monitor and support Deloitte cloud and/or on-prem applications using approved industry tools and practices defined by Deloitte.

* Respond to service requests from the development organization under guidance from Deloitte management.

* Participate in on call rotations that occur during normal hours within your time zone

Required Skills & Experience

General Qualifications:

* General knowledge of traditional network, firewalls and load balancers

* Strong technical documentation skills; workflows and support documentation

* Collaborate with software development groups to ensure operational needs are adequately considered and baked into the APM tool as well as in new software releases.

* Define monitoring & alarming thresholds. Setup clear and accurate SLO/SLI for efficient service monitoring

* Develop infrastructure (network, compute, storage) & application capacity models.

* Drive toward automated deployments & modern approaches to configuration management.

* Focus on application reliability. Ensure applications and infrastructure designs avoid pitfalls of large scale SaaS offerings (bottlenecks, single points of failure, etc.).

* Full service handling (analysis, debugging, response, and resolution) of application level issues using Dynatrace or other application monitoring tool.

* Focus on service availability. Reduce MTTR by assisting the incident command, operations, and application developers teams to diagnose & resolve service outages (incidents with significant customer impact).



*** AZURE****

* Azure PaaS experience including the deployment and support of custom-developed, enterprise solutions; Azure PaaS services including App Services, Key Vault, Azure Automation, Resource Manager, Storage/Backup, Application Service Environments (Equivalent experience across other cloud platforms will be considered, but there should be some level of hands-on exposure to Azure)

* Database (SQL and NoSQL) and data services experience in Azure (Azure SQL, Document DB, HD Insight, Data backup)

* Azure Resource Manager template management

* Familiarity with Azure Virtual Networks, Network Security groups, DNS, Traffic Manager, Load Balancing and Availability Sets

* Build and deployment automation using one or more platforms such as Bamboo, Jenkins, TFS/VSTS, TeamCity, UrbanCode, etc.



**** AWS ****

* AWS experience including the deployment and support of custom-developed, enterprise solutions; Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk

* Database (SQL and NoSQL) and data services experience in AWS (RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift, Aurora)

* Infrastructure as Code automation using Cloud Formation or Terraform

* Familiarity with AWS network and routing technologies such as VPC, Security Groups, NACL, Route 53, Load Balancing and Availability Zones

* Build and deployment automation using one or more platforms such as Bamboo, Jenkins, TFS/Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Urban Code, etc.

* Excellent scripting skills. Python, PowerShell
