We are looking for someone interested in joining a very collaborative, open environment where he or she will have the chance to engage in out-of-the-box thinking to achieve software solutions and give/receive constructive feedback on a regular basis. He or she should be looking for a family-like environment and a long-term work home --

- The primary responsibility for this development team is the Continuum System: an inventory management and billing facilitation software that aids in healthcare inventory tracking and bill collection. The Lead Developer should have expertise with the following technologies relating to the Continuum System: C#.Net, SQL Server databases, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. There will be a small maintenance and support aspect to the Lead Developer's day to day; however, he or she will primarily be heads-down and focused on working through the backlog of new feature requests and creating new code. This team also does some development of mobile/tablet software -- any knowledge of iOS Swift development is helpful, but by no means required. There will be some leadership and mentorship responsibilities in terms of driving project timelines, helping to design software solutions, and assist more junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related IT field (not any STEM degree)

- 5+ years of C#.Net software development experience

- Advanced SQL skills -- development and data manipulation/retrieval within a database

- Full-stack experience using JavaScript for front-end development

- REST API development experience

- Understanding of Agile methodology
