A client in Nashville, TN area is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their Human Resources team. This team currently has five HR Business Partner's that are supporting their own lines of business and reporting to the VP of HR. This individual will be supporting the engineering, finance, marketing, and sales divisions. They will be responsible for recruiting, and will be involved in creating job descriptions, posting jobs, sorting through applicants, and interviewing but does not involve onboarding for there is a team to support that. They will not be involved in development of new policies but will be supporting the implementation of existing policies. This individual will be working cross functionally within all divisions.
