A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Remote Support Engineer to join their team. This resource will be an IT liaison and act as IT point of contact and help translate any technical issues. They will help team members get technology hurdles moving, process ticket requests and be the technology translator if the business/clients experience any issues so they understand how to escalate accordingly. This resource will also be following an agile process and needs to understand/have exposure to app development teams and the SDLC.
