Senior IT BSA

A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Remote Support Engineer to join their team. This resource will be an IT liaison and act as IT point of contact and help translate any technical issues. They will help team members get technology hurdles moving, process ticket requests and be the technology translator if the business/clients experience any issues so they understand how to escalate accordingly. This resource will also be following an agile process and needs to understand/have exposure to app development teams and the SDLC.

* 5-7+ years of experience in an IT BSA role

* Experience working with application development teams to translate technical requirements

* Can come from a development or engineer background and wants to move more into a BSA role/ non hands-on technical role

* 5-7+ years working in healthcare industry experience (insurance or payer side)

* Experience validating QA system(s)

* Experience providing business users with information specific company technologies, common issues, hurdles that they could experience with specific technologies/ applications

* Experience taking in technical issues for clients and escalating to the correct group

* Ability to run queries in SQL
