Call Center Representative - Rehab

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Call Center Representative in Memphis, TN in their Rehabilitation Center. This individual will start as a contractor of Insight Global and likely become a permanent employee of BioVentus. This individual will be responsible for handling a large call volume (both incoming and outgoing), taking payment information, taking in insurance information, explaining insurance coverage, resupplying rehabilitation devices, and other administrative duties within the rehabilitation center.

- High school diploma

- 4+ years of related experience or 4-year college degree

- 2-4+ years of heavy volume call center experience

- 2-4 years of experience working with health insurance / healthcare payments

- Great written and verbal communication - needs to be well spoken with both customers and internal personnel

- PC experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook or other related software

Covid-19 vaccine

- Experience working within Salesforce (very easy to pick up)

Experience in an inside sales or customer service role
