Day-to-day:The Sr Marketing Automation Specialist role involves leading the management and execution of digital marketing campaigns using automation platforms. Responsibilities include establishing email strategies, audience segmentation, and distribution administration, while ensuring adherence to best practices and guidelines. The role requires collaboration with sales, marketing, and analytics teams to integrate marketing automation into the overall client experience. Additionally, the specialist will develop personalized experiences, conduct A/B testing, and optimize customer journeys using dynamic content capabilities. A strong background in email marketing, HTML/CSS, and marketing automation platforms is preferred, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This candidate can expect to make between $90-$120K based on years of experience.
