We are seeking a skilled professional to support feature preparation for future PI planning. This role involves collaborating with product owners and managers to understand feature priorities and required technologies, assessing the technical scope and size of changes, and providing day-to-day support to cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include overseeing software engineers in their activities, preparing and executing deployments, conducting first-time event validations (FTEV), and evaluating both current and future states of applications. The position requires at least 80% oversight and technical leadership, with occasional hands-on technical responsibilities. This individual will be overseeing 2 teams, both approximately 10 individuals each. This individual will be paid based off of experience, $120k-$150k.
