Job Description
Summary:
The Information Technology Infrastructure Project Manager will lead a network infrastructure refresh project across Michelin sites in North and South America, focusing on upgrading aging network equipment. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget while coordinating cross-functional teams, IT suppliers, and key stakeholders. The Project Manager will oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, and project execution while ensuring progress is tracked against key goals and timelines. Candidates should have strong project management experience, a solid understanding of infrastructure technologies, and excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Key responsibilities
Manage the project scope, timeline, and budget; typically coordinates across multiple teams and IT suppliers
Analyze and schedule the Changes associated with the project implementations, including monthly re-forecast of project budget
Coordinate and facilitate all project related meetings (steering committees, project teams, etc.)
Ensure a smooth turnover / transition to production (update Service Desk knowledge articles, have appropriate project documentation for BAU, ensure proactive monitoring in place, etc.)

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience (PMP or LEAN certification helpful)
Experience working across multiple geographical zones, including management of dispersed teams and large projects
Experience in technology infrastructure with exposure to network equipment.
Waterfall methodology with awareness of PMP, Agile, and other Project Management Best Practices
Tools: MS Project, Clarity, ServiceNow & Excel familiarity; O365 for teamwork.
Detailed knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts, and practices
