Job Description

The EHS Safety Facilitator is responsible for supporting and promoting Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs throughout the manufacturing facility. This position serves as a key resource for developing a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, facilitating employee training, conducting audits, investigating incidents, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Safety Facilitator partners with all departments to reduce workplace risks, prevent injuries, and maintain a safe and environmentally responsible work environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Technology, or relevant experience
0-3 years of safety, EHS, or occupational health experience
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety practices.
Ability to work on the manufacturing floor for extended periods.
