Insight Global is seeking an MRB Engineering & Authority Lead to support a leading aerospace manufacturing client. This individual will provide technical leadership, MRB authority oversight, and disposition governance across a team responsible for resolving non-conforming aircraft hardware. The ideal candidate will possess existing MRB authority, extensive experience with non-conformance dispositioning, and the ability to lead engineers through the MRB authority development process. This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for complex disposition decisions, ensuring compliance with Boeing engineering standards while driving operational excellence and throughput performance.

Required Skills & Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
•10+ years of engineering experience within complex aerospace manufacturing environments
•Existing or previous MRB Authority strongly preferred
•Expertise in materials engineering, failure analysis, composites, fatigue, and fracture mechanics
•U.S. Person eligible to complete Boeing PI Training
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•Previous Boeing MRB experience
•Proven experience leading engineering teams in production environments
•Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
