Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an MRB Operations Lead to support a leading aerospace manufacturing client. This individual will oversee daily MRB workflow execution, backlog prioritization, and coordination between support and authority engineers. This role serves as a key liaison between Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to maintain throughput, reduce cycle times, and ensure consistent execution across multiple shifts.

Required Skills & Experience

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field ABET accredited
•7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or production support
•Experience within an aerospace manufacturing environment
•Strong understanding of MRB and non-conformance workflows
•U.S. Person eligible to complete Boeing PI Training

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

•Previous Boeing experience
•Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
•Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
