Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an MRB Engineer – Foundation Track to support a leading aerospace manufacturing client. This role is responsible for reviewing engineering data, preparing Material Review Board (MRB) packages, and supporting the non-conformance disposition process. This position serves as a key support function to MRB Authority Holders by ensuring accurate, complete, and decision-ready documentation for non-conformance resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline ABET accredited
•3–5 years of engineering or manufacturing support experience
•U.S. Person eligible to complete Boeing PI Training

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

•Previous Boeing experience strongly preferred
•Experience working with engineering drawings, models, and metadata
•Strong attention to detail
•Willingness to support one weekend per month
