Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an MRB Engineer – Authority Holder to support a leading aerospace manufacturing client. This individual will independently review, investigate, analyze, and disposition non-conforming conditions in support of aircraft production. The ideal candidate will possess MRB authority and experience making disposition decisions while ensuring compliance with engineering requirements, regulatory standards, and production objectives. This role will partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive timely resolution of non-conformances and maintain production flow.

Required Skills & Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline - ABET accredited
•7–10 years of engineering or manufacturing support experience
•Demonstrated progression toward MRB Authority
•U.S. Person eligible to complete Boeing PI Training
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous Boeing experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with engineering drawings, models, and metadata
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to support one weekend per month
