Job Description

As a Sr. Solutions Engineer, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers across the North America region. You will partner closely with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of the company’s DevOps platform product, guide customers through technical evaluations, and help translate complex DevOps challenges into scalable solutions.
This role blends deep technical expertise with strong communication skills and a passion for helping teams deliver better software.

Required Skills & Experience

Partner with Sales to drive the technical evaluation and pre-sales process
Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts
Understand customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure
Translate technical requirements into solutions that meet business needs
Act as a technical liaison between customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering
Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture discussions
Stay current on DevOps trends, competitive landscape, and product updates
Help influence product roadmap by sharing customer feedback and insights
