Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Environmental Project Manager for a leading environmental consulting client. This individual will play a key role in bridging the gap between junior and senior staff, taking ownership of more complex environmental due diligence work. The role heavily focuses on Phase I Environmental Site Assessments within real estate transactions, while offering opportunities to gain exposure to broader environmental compliance and industrial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional looking to grow into more responsibility, work independently on impactful projects, and expand their technical expertise in a collaborative environment.
Day-to-Day:
Conduct and manage Site Assessments
Support more complex environmental due diligence projects
Perform site visits, inspections, and environmental data collection
Assist with reporting, documentation, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with junior staff and provide guidance when needed
Participate in occasional travel for regional sampling projects (FL/GA)
Contribute to project execution across real estate and potential industrial scopes

Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of environmental consulting or related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field
Strong Phase I ESA (Environmental Site Assessments) experience
Ability to work independently on moderately complex environmental assignments
Willingness to travel locally for site work and sampling
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Professional Geologist (PG) certification (nice-to-have, not required)
Experience with Phase II ESAs or subsurface investigations
Exposure to industrial/compliance environmental work
Prior experience bridging junior and senior-level responsibilities
Strong client-facing or project coordination experience
