Job Description

Strategic Leadership & Practice Growth
• Provide senior leadership to advance Tetra Tech’s air quality and sustainability practice
• Develop and implement business strategies, market positioning, and growth initiatives
• Integrate air quality services across Tetra Tech’s global operations and client portfolio
• Identify and develop cross-disciplinary solutions leveraging Tetra Tech’s full service capabilities
Business Development & Client Leadership
• Serve as Senior Account Lead for key strategic clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships across industrial, energy, financial, and private equity sectors
• Lead opportunity capture planning, including RFP strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiations
• Participate in and support the Key Account Management Program to expand account value and market share
• Represent Tetra Tech at industry events and sustainability forums
Technical & Project Leadership
• Lead and oversee air quality advisory and permitting projects, including PSD and Title V permitting
• Provide technical direction for complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Ensure project delivery aligns with Tetra Tech’s quality, financial, and performance standards
• Support development of regulatory strategies and compliance solutions for clients
Team Leadership & Development
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of air quality and sustainability professionals
• Support recruitment and development of key technical talent
• Delegate responsibilities effectively to support team growth and operational efficiency
• Promote a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
• Additional duties as required.
• in industry events, client meetings, and strategic planning sessions

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years experience in environmental consulting and air quality/emissions work
• Expertise in:
o PSD and Title V air permitting
o Industrial air quality compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Strong understanding of:
o Market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape
o Business development and capture strategies
• Proven experience in:
o Program and operational leadership
o Managing and growing client accounts
o Leading multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated success managing project and group financial performance
• Established industry network and client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
