Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to support a greenfield implementation focused on Planning (EPBCS) and ARCS / Transaction Management. This role will work closely with accounting teams to gather requirements and drive the full implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with accounting and finance stakeholders to gather and define requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical design documents
• Lead and contribute to end to end Oracle EPM implementations
• Configure and develop solutions within:
o Oracle Planning (EPBCS)
o ARCS (Reconciliation & Transaction Matching)
• Document transaction management use cases and define implementation roadmap

Required Skills & Experience

- 8-10 years hands-on Oracle EPM, with strong depth in both EPM Planning (EPBCS) and ARCS
- Experience in Transaction Matching and Reconciliation Compliance configuration
- Proven experience with 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
- EPM Planning module builds including Workforce, custom cubes, business rules, and forms
- Techno-functional background with direct experience engaging finance and accounting leadership
- Comfortable working alongside an SI in an internal advocate or implementation owner capacity
- Ability to gather, refine, and challenge requirements as well as creating technical and functional documentation
- Ability to create roadmaps and timelines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- FCCS familiarity a plus but not required
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification preferred
