Job Description

The Content Specialist builds seamless, high-impact digital experiences for our customers. As a critical member of the Content & Lifecycle Marketing team, you will expertly assemble, test, and launch compelling stories that reach our audience in real-time. You will also serve as a strategic voice for enhancing our content distribution capabilities, identifying ways to refine processes and champion dynamic content to make our workflows faster and smarter. Position Responsibilities:

Digital Authoring and Production

• Oversee content from staging to publication in digital platforms throughout the content lifecycle.
• Leverage modular and dynamic content capabilities to scale content consistently across platforms.
• Streamline publishing workflows and maintain documentation for consistency and transparency.

Testing & Personalization Integration

• Deploy targeted digital experiences by collaborating with analytics and other cross-functional teams to author content variations for A/B testing and personalization.
• Implement dynamic content integration across digital touchpoints, ensuring personalized versions are accurately mapped and rendered.
• Oversee quality assurance (QA) for optimization activities, validating that technical tracking and content variations function correctly prior to launch.

Quality Assurance & System Optimization

• Drive continuous improvement of content by identifying technical bottlenecks and advocating for enhancements that increase speed-to-market.
• Ensure cross-platform integrity by managing the QA lifecycle, focusing on responsive design, accessibility standards, and device compatibility

Asset Management & SEO

• Strategize digital asset organization to ensure resources are optimized for discoverability and performance.
• Enhance content visibility by applying SEO best practices and metadata standards to all digital assets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5+ years of professional experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a primary job function, including proficiency with AEM Sites, Assets, and Content/Experience Fragments.
- Functional understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to troubleshoot component rendering and ensure seamless integration between content and design.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume content updates with strong attention to accuracy in layout and brand compliance.
- Experience with technical setup of A/B tests and personalized experiences using Adobe Target, specifically within the Visual Experience Composer (VEC) and form-based delivery.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Demonstrated experience working within an Agile environment, including daily use of Jira (or similar project management tools like Asana) to manage ticketing, sprints, and content deployment workflows.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and authoring efficiency.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Adobe Certified Professional—AEM Sites Content Author certification
- Adobe Target experience
