Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support projects within a manufacturing and repair value stream environment. This individual will manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards are met. The Project Manager will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, track progress, manage resources, and ensure adherence to internal policies and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Coordinate resources and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively adjust plans as needed
• Manage project budgets and track financials
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment

• Bachelor’s degree OR high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in a business environment
• Prior experience in Project Management within a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Experience using project management tools/software
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and project financials
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Experience in LEAN and Six Sigma environments
• Exposure to repair, operations, or productivity-focused value streams
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
• Background working with cross-functional technical or engineering teams
