Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Manager to support a large residential builder client of ours out of Columbia, SC. This individual will be responsible for managing the activities of construction projects. They will be working to ensure construction schedules, onsite safety, review and request modifications to construction drawings when errors occur. Oversee the scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities and evaluate the quality and efficiency of their work. Manage the customer experience throughout the entire construction process, including regular communications with updates. Negotiate, create, and authorize field purchase orders for materials and labor resources.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of construction management
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Manage schedules, construction processes, work with trades teams, warranty teams, and construction teams
- Must be comfortable using own vehicle to travel out to the field every day (will receive a phone and vehicle reimbursement plan)
