Job Description

The Contracts Manager is responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and processing customer and vendor contracts, including agreements related to IT, Marketing, Fleet, RFPs, and re‑rental activity. This role collaborates with cross‑functional business and technical teams to ensure contracts are executed in alignment with company standards and risk guidelines.

Negotiate and redline customer contracts tied to equipment rental and manufacturing equipment sales

Manage a high volume of contracts in a fast‑paced environment

Actively negotiate key risk provisions including:
-Liability caps
-Waivers of consequential damages
-Indemnity

Manage contracts and workflows within Conga (document management system)

Support RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses as needed

Utilize and contribute to an existing clause library

Required Skills & Experience

-3–5 years of hands‑on contract negotiation experience
-Proven experience redlining and negotiating contracts end‑to‑end
-Experience managing high contract volume
-Experience working within a formal document management system (Conga preferred)
-Complex understanding of contract terms, contract risk mitigation, and legal provisions
-Proficient with both MS Word & PDFs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience supporting equipment rental, manufacturing, or industrial contracts
-Familiarity with OEM or GC contract structures
-Exposure to RFP, RFI, or RFQ processes
-Experience working within a clause library
-Background in medium‑to‑large contract environments with complex workflows
