Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations for Gexpro Services. This individual will be responsible for the accurate picking, packing, staging, and movement of turbine-related materials to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment. The role operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires strict adherence to safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required
• Ability to lift and move materials (typically 25–40 lbs; heavier items with assistance)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
Comfortable working in environments with dust, noise, and varying temperatures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare turbine materials for shipment based on pick tickets, work orders, and customer requirements
• Receive, identify, and properly store materials using part numbers, labels, and documentation to maintain inventory accuracy
• Support inventory activities including counting, scanning, cycle counts, and basic system updates
• Occasionally operate forklifts or other material handling equipment following on-the-job training (forklift operation is not a primary function; certification not required)
Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
