Job Description

Insight Global is in search of a Process Engineer as an addition to a Maintenance and Reliability Team. This person should have a passion for process and equipment improvement to work on a major effort to improve reliability in the manufacturing
plant. This is a high-performance (self-directed) trole that resolves technical problems and ensure that
resources are available for the Maintenance and Reliability Team to plan, control, and improve their operation.

The process engineer will assist through analysis, reporting and ensuring the continuous flow of information. The Reliability Process
Engineer will also participate in strategic planning, goal setting, strategy deployment, business analysis, and
organizational design.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
• Drive and manage Safety throughout the plant while improving Maintenance performance and effectiveness.
• Act as a process expert and catalyst for continuous improvement of the Maintenance and Reliability Team.
• Lead CI projects that will improve Maintenance Team performance, reliability metrics, processes relative to
maintenance and reliability, improve equipment reliability, reduce costs, improve resource utilization, or reduce
maintenance activity cycle time using statistical Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Help develop high performance teams
• Ensure that the Reliability Team has all resources and information necessary.
• Use statistical analysis methods to effectively analyze maintenance process concerns and performance gaps.
• Ensure that Control Plans, standard work, concepts and tools are being utilized effectively to create
maintenance process stability and control.
• Monitor Maintenance related process performance to ensure that stated objectives are being met in terms of
safety, maintenance quality and productivity.
• Provide leadership and support in TPM activities such as collection of data through PMs, participating in
maintenance planning, coordinating planned work during outages, and continuously improving the maintenance
planning and execution processes and schemes.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Metallurgical or Materials Engineering
• 2-4 Years of experience with process improvement in an industrial environment
• Ability to interface with the organization, customers, and suppliers acting as a coach and trainer.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams while driving continual improvement in safety, quality, and productivity
• Ability to create or revise process documents such as Control Plans, FMEA's, JSA’s and Standard Work job
instructions
• Proficient in MS Office products and MS Project
• Familiar with Maintenance and Reliability principals
