Job Description
A leading equipment rental company is seeking a Lien Administrator to support its credit and collections operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for tracking customer payments, preparing and distributing lien‑related documentation, and ensuring payment paperwork is accurate and timely. You’ll work closely with internal credit and collections teams to support payment processes and help protect the business through consistent, well‑organized documentation.
- Check systems to confirm whether customer invoices
have been paid
-Track payment and lien status in Excel spreadsheets
-Assemble and organize PDF document packets related to lien waivers
-Monitor and respond to requests coming into a shared/group email inbox

Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit, or administrative support
Basic Excel proficiency (formatting, merging cells, color‑coding)
Customer service experience with professional written communication
High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, process‑driven work
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume administrative environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with AS/400 or similar billing/payment systems
Prior exposure to lien administration or lien waivers
Background in construction, equipment rental, or industrial services
Experience assembling and sending document packets (PDFs, contracts, waivers)
