Production Lead

Role Overview
CurTec is seeking a Production Lead to help oversee and coordinate a growing manufacturing operation running three shifts in a regulated pharmaceutical and food-grade environment. This role functions as a floor-level operations leader.
This is an ideal opportunity for a manufacturing professional with ~5 years of experience who is ready to grow out of a fully hands-on role and into leadership, while still staying closely connected to the production floor.
The Production Lead will act as the central point of coordination across shifts, systems, and departments to ensure the plant is producing the right parts, at the right quality, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Floor Leadership
• Lead and coordinate all three production shifts in a 24/5 operation
• Provide daily direction to shift leads, ensuring consistency in execution, communication, and expectations
• Actively manage the production floor to ensure machines are running safely, efficiently, and according to schedule
• Support current operations of 3 machines, with future scalability to 8 machines
Scheduling & Systems Coordination
• Work closely with the scheduler based in the Netherlands to understand production schedules and make real-time onsite adjustments
• Participate in scheduling meetings and ensure production plans are clearly communicated to all shifts
• Utilize and maintain production systems, including WarpSpeed and ERP platforms, for logging, reporting, and visibility
Training, Processes & Documentation
• Own training sign-offs, onboarding, and knowledge transfer across shifts
Safety, Quality & Compliance
• Participate in food safety and safety-related meetings
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical and food-grade manufacturing standards
• Log safety items, incidents, and corrective actions in required systems
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor to promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong production background with experience coordinating people, processes, and schedules
• Comfortable working in a multi-shift manufacturing operation
• Experience using ERP or production management systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to align multiple shifts and departments

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in injection molding or blow molding environments
• Exposure to pharmaceutical or food-grade manufacturing
