Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Inpatient Coding Manager to support the overall success of inpatient coding operations. This role provides leadership and oversight to coding teams while promoting accuracy, consistency, and compliance across inpatient coding activities. The Inpatient Coding Manager performs routine audits, conducts staff evaluations, and collaborates closely with the billing office to resolve coding edits and errors. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with deep inpatient coding knowledge who can serve as a trusted resource across departments while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

- High school diploma or GED
- RHIA or RHIT and/or CCS
- Minimum of 5+ years inpatient coding experience in a hospital setting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Supervisor or Managerial experience
