Job Description
Our Client is seeking a driven Estimator to spearhead growth initiatives for our specialty
deck product line. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with relationship building,
working closely with District Sales Managers, Sales Managers, internal teams, and external
customers to deliver accurate, competitive estimates that win projects and drive business
Success. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with either a strong foundation in specialty
deck products or the eagerness to master them, coupled with a passion for collaborative
problem-solving and customer relationships

Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to read construction blueprints
- Experience utilizing Bluebeam and Excel for bidding and estimating
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally with teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Construction industry background
- Experience working with Salesforce/CRM
- Has worked with a general contractor in the past
