Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Reliability Technician to support production operations by ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. This role combines technical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly on equipment enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience.

- Electrical troubleshooting (drives, relays, etc.).

- Project implementation with minimal oversite (can be minor projects, but must be ‘projects’).

- Exposure to root cause analysis (RCA) / Critical Event Analysis / FMEA

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Some sort of certification (mechatronics, journey man electrical, something more than OSHA 10 – the goal is to show they can and are willing to do extra work to improve their ability)
- Mechanical troubleshooting (repeat breakdown parts / upgrades to fix repeat issues).
