Contributes to architecture and data/information management standards and strategies.
Contributes to and facilitates CMDB/CSDM governance processes
Technical review and solutioning for CMDB/CSDM Incident analysis and triage
Provide technical design and implementation solutions to a wide range of technical problems
API integration between ServiceNow and external systems.
Communicate across multiple teams, organizations, and leaders to effectively articulate business goals and objectives
Document information such as configuration and implementation following process and design standards
Use and apply Agile and Kanban best practices
Analyze and document current state process, data and system architecture

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- Ability to contribute to and facilitate CMDB/CSDM governance processes.
- Strong technical skills for incident analysis, triage, and solutioning within CMDB/CSDM.
- Proven experience with API integration between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Understanding of architecture standards and data/information management strategies.
- Practical experience applying Agile and Kanban best practices.
- Skilled in documentation of configurations, implementations, and processes following design standards.
- Ability to analyze current state processes and system architecture and provide technical design solutions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
- ITIL Foundation or higher.
Exposure to cloud platforms and integration patterns beyond ServiceNow.
