Job Description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COT-A)
Description: The Occupational Therapy Assistant supports licensed Occupational Therapist in
implementing therapy plans. Responsibilities include conducting therapy activities, recording session
data, preparing materials, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for children. The assistant
works under the supervision of an OT.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences or related field; COT
Assistant certification (if required by state); Experience working with children preferred; Positive
attitude and strong teamwork skills
